You shop and pay on Skin & Hue through Shopify. We are the merchant of record for every order. Items in our edit may be fulfilled by different suppliers through Shopify Collective, so a single order can arrive in more than one package — while Skin & Hue remains your one support contact.
When you check out on Skin & Hue, payment is processed by Shopify for Skin & Hue. Shopify Collective routes each line item to the supplier that stocks it.
Suppliers pack and ship directly to you. Tracking syncs back to your Skin & Hue / Shopify order confirmation — use that first for status updates.
If your cart includes products from more than one supplier, you may receive separate packages on different timelines, each with its own tracking number. That is expected with Collective fulfillment.
Shipping options and prices shown at Skin & Hue checkout are what you pay. Offers on a supplier’s own website do not automatically apply here.
Processing and transit times vary by supplier and destination. Many domestic U.S. orders process within a few business days and arrive within about one week after shipment; weekends, holidays, and peak seasons can add time.
International orders (when available) may take longer. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Skin & Hue owns customer support for purchases made on this site. You should not need to contact suppliers separately for order issues.
