Skin & Hue is a multi-brand edit. Shipping and return rules can differ by the partner that fulfills each item. Policies below summarize each partner’s public guidance so you know what to expect for products from that house.

It depends on which partner fulfills your items. Processing and transit times vary by house, and mixed-brand orders may arrive in more than one shipment. Check the Shipping & returns page for each partner’s published timing, and use the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Skin&Hue Match is a short assessment that recommends a morning and evening routine from approved products in the edit, with match scores and compatibility notes. It provides general skincare guidance only. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

We accept major credit cards shown at checkout, plus other payment methods offered on the Shopify checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal when available). Your billing address should match the address on your payment method.

After you place an order, you will receive confirmation emails as it is prepared and shipped. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, or visit our Track order page. Still stuck? Shipping at Skin & Hue checkout is calculated at checkout. Some partner sites advertise their own free-shipping thresholds on their storefronts; those offers do not automatically apply here.
